Welcome to EHAP! We are a non-profit organization deeply committed to empowering low-income youth as they face daily challenges. Our approach is driven by dedicated volunteers, and we prioritize the well-being of young individuals by promoting an active lifestyle through a range of programs and initiatives. We firmly believe that every individual should have equal opportunities for success and prosperity by addressing the systematic barriers that often limit their access to sports and recreational activities.
Our programs are thoughtfully tailored to meet the unique needs of each child, focusing on not only improving their physical health but also nurturing self-confidence, team spirit, and resilience. At EHAP, we are passionate about creating a supportive community where young individuals can thrive, regardless of economic limitations, and open up new possibilities for their future success.
VISION
E – Educating kids in academics and on different life paths; Engaging kids in productive activities; and Empowering kids to discover and purpose their purpose.
H – giving Hope to kids whose lives may be rife with hopelessness; Honoring the thoughts and perspectives and successes of the kids so they feel respected and heard; and Healing the brokenness that may be present as a result of their environment.
A – Accepting the kids as they are while showing them better ways of living; helping the kids Achieve their dreams and goals; and Appreciating the diverse contributions each person has to bring to the world.
P – Preparing kids with real-life skills and a plan for the future; Protecting kids who lack adequate protection in their outside environments; and empowering the kids to Prove to themselves that they are worth more.
